Shipping

We ship from the United States to all 50 states and Canada. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day usually leave the same day; otherwise the next business day.

Free shipping on US orders over $49.
Flat $6.95 on US orders under $49.
Alaska & Hawaii: a small surcharge may apply — we'll always confirm before charging.
Canada: quoted at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is printed. If tracking hasn't moved for five business days, email us and we'll investigate or replace the order.

Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund of the item price.

Changed your mind: you cover return shipping.
Wrong item or defective: we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return arriving.

Warranty

All mounting hardware carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — including coating failure, cracked welds, and seized or snapped hardware under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, use beyond the stated load or wind rating, or cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function. Warranty claims: email a photo plus your order number, and we'll ship a replacement part or a full replacement at our discretion.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to fulfil your order: name, shipping address, email, and order details. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor and never touches our systems.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We email you about your order, and marketing only if you opted in — unsubscribe any time.
Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.

Terms of sale

By placing an order you confirm the shipping details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method used. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

We may cancel and refund any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the address can't be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, except where an item arrives damaged.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate.
